MINOR REMODELS
With over 45 combined years in varying fields of construction, we have the experience to help you transform your house into a home. From such simple dreams as a different colored bedroom to your fantasy bathroom, we can help you make those dreams a reality.
PROPERTY HEALTH REPORT
A walkthrough and brief synopsis on the “health” of your home is one of the exclusive services offered with every handyman package. Our inspector has done over 3,500 home inspections and is able to help you gain a better understanding of your home and how to take care of it.

Joseph has been in construction for over 25 years and has experience in multiple construction fields. From plumbing to electrical, from new construction to craftsman renovations, Joseph has the know-how and the experience to make your property match your needs.
GINDI FRENCH
Gindi has been managing and coordinating projects and construction companies for over 30 years. With extensive experience in hands-on construction, Gindi is able to help make your construction experience as stress free as possible.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss. We can provide a quote verbally over the phone or an on site visit. We have added the capability to conduct video conference site visits via FaceTime and Google Meet.
DO YOU INSTALL AIR CONDITIONERS?
Yes! We can install for the first time or replace your current window ac. We install in jalousie windows, double hung windows, traditional windows, and through exterior walls.

We do not, however, install split AC systems at this time. This type of installation requires a specific license that we do not carry.

Please ask us to make a custom screen for your jalousie windows.
DOOR INSTALLATION/REPAIRS
We can repair or replace your closet doors, security screen doors, screen doors, interior doors, and exterior doors. Please let us know if you would also like the frame replaced or if you want the door painted.
DO YOU PROVIDE DISPOSAL SERVICES?
Absolutely! Please inquire as to the disposal fee or feel free to have the tech leave it out for your schedule bulky item pick up.
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, we have general liability, worker's comp, and auto insurance. You will never need to worry about personal liability.

Currently, the State of Hawai'i does not license handymen, but we do carry a C-5 cabinetry and remodel license (CT-38422).
DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR WORK?
Absolutely! We guarantee our labor for one year.
WHAT CAN'T YOU FIX?
As a handyman company, we can do a lot of things. We have a lot of talent among our team of handymen and handywomen, but we do occasionally refer jobs out to more specialized companies when it is appropriate.
ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER COMPANIES?
Yes! We are happily affiliated with O'ahu Home Inspections - one of the best home inspection companies on O'ahu with one of the few Certified Master Inspectors in Hawai'i!

Otherwise, we have experience working with and seeing the work of quite a few other contractors, which we regularly refer clients to if their request is beyond the scope of what we can provide.
